Delivery

Normally, the delivery time is 2-5 working days.

If your order cannot be shipped within 5 working days due to an error or delay, we will contact you as soon as possible. In this case, you have the right to cancel your order.

We will always send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout before your order is shipped.

Our packages are shipped with Bring, DHL or UPS, depending on the customer’s location and the most suitable shipping option.

Information for customers outside the EU

Please note that orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees.

For orders to Norway, Human Scales covers applicable customs duties and taxes, so Norwegian customers should not have to pay any additional import charges upon delivery.

For other countries outside the EU, any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact your local customs office for more information about the rules and regulations in your country.

We do not deduct VAT for international orders.

Transport Damage

If the package or the contents are damaged when you receive your order, please report this immediately to our Customer Service.

Shipping Costs

Domestic orders are shipped free of charge.

The minimum order amount is 199 SEK.
