Normally, the delivery time of goods is 2-5 working days. Should your order not be sent in time (after 5 working days) due to errors, we will contact you and you have the right to cancel your order. We will always send an order confirmation email to the address which you provided to us before we sent the goods to you.
Our packages are sent by Postnord Logistics (Domestic) & UPS (International).
Information for customers outside of EU (European Union):
Please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs, import taxes or brokerage fee when ordering from us. Please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations. We don´t deduct VAT for international orders.
If the package (or the contents) is damaged when you receive it, report this immediately to our Customer Services.
Shipping cost for domestic order is 0 SEK (free shipping).
The minimum amount per order is 199 SEK.
Exchange and the right of return
You have full return and exchange rights within 14 days from the day you received your order, provided that you have not used the product. You may, of course, try on your product in order to ensure that it suits you! The return and exchange law does not apply to underwear. If you wish to return or exchange an item, just mail us and we will arrange shipping notes at our cost (for international customers, you have to pay the return shipping cost), this doe also apply to exchanges). The product should be returned in the same condition as when you bought it. However, if there is a complaint due to damaged or wrongly delivered items, we will refund the return shipping cost, as well as the total cost of items which remain in storage. All returned goods must be packaged in a plastic bag or cardboard box. Do not return items by simply placing an address label onto the original packaging. If the item becomes damaged we will not repay the full amount of the purchase price.

For purchases made outside of Sweden we only accept credit card payments. For Swedish residents with Swedish social security number we also provide invoice.
There is no extra fee for paying with credit card. If you make a return your money will be transferred back to the card you used at the purchase. We currently accept payments from VISA, MasterCard and Eurocard. When paying with credit card, the transaction is processed by Paypal Inc to guarantee you a safe and secure payment. Human Scales will never save any information related to your credit card, and all information is handled on secure sockets layers (SSL).
INVOICE (Sweden only)
Together with Klarna AB we offer our Swedish customers a 30 days invoice. The invoice is sent to the e-mail address stated at the purchase.

If the payment fails a reminder fee of 50 SEK will be added together with an interest of 25.50%. When a purchase is made a small background check will be performed, to state the customer's personal information. Your personal information is then treated in accordance to the Swedish Personal Data Act, and may be shared with a third party.

Human Scales uses an encrypted data transmission system. Payments and personal details are viewed via secure pages (SSL) on the internet.
GSL AB reserves the right to remove any items from an order before a purchase has been finalized. We reserve the right that products can be out of stock. GSL AB reserve the right for any typographical errors which may occur in the text on our website. We give no guarantee that all of the images accurately to 100% reflect the true appearance of our products. Also, GSL AB reserves the right to adjust any prices and any other errors.
In the event of war, warlike events, civil war, revolution, insurrection, governmental action, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or similar event, GSL AB will be able to apply force majeure. This means that our agreement with our customers need not be fully achieved. If this occurs, we will inform you regarding the situation. In the event of any dispute, we follow the decision of the General Complaints Board.
