Returns
You have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 days from the day you received it, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
You are welcome to try on the product to ensure the fit and style. However, we do not accept returns for products that have been used, damaged, washed, altered, or returned without original tags and packaging.
How to return, exchange, choose store credit or make a complaint
Customers in Sweden, Norway and EU countries should register returns, exchanges, store credit requests and complaints through our return portal.
Once your return, exchange, store credit request or complaint has been registered, you will receive further instructions through the portal.
Customers outside the EU, except Norway, are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping themselves. Please contact our Customer Service before sending your return.
Return shipping cost
When using our return solution for a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund:
Sweden: 69 SEK
Denmark: 49 DKK
Norway: 99 NOK
Other EU countries: 12 EUR
Exchanges and store credit are free of charge. If you register an exchange or choose store credit through our return portal, no return shipping cost will be deducted.
For customers outside the EU, except Norway, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping.
Packaging your return
We prefer that returned goods are packed in the same packaging as they were delivered in. Products should be folded properly and placed back in their original protective plastic bag, with all tags and original packaging included.
If the original shipping packaging cannot be reused, please use suitable similar packaging, such as a plastic shipping bag or cardboard box, to make sure the product is protected during transport.
Do not return items by placing the shipping label directly onto the original product packaging.
If the product or original packaging is damaged due to insufficient packaging, we reserve the right to reduce the refund.
Refunds
Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund.
We will refund returned items that comply with our return policy, excluding the applicable return shipping cost. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are free of charge for customers in Sweden, Norway and EU countries when registered through our return portal.
If you wish to exchange an item for another size or product, please follow the instructions in the return portal.
The same return conditions apply to exchanges. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all tags and original packaging.
Store credit
Store credit is free of charge for customers in Sweden, Norway and EU countries when registered through our return portal.
If you choose store credit instead of a refund, no return shipping cost will be deducted. Once your return has been received and approved, the store credit will be issued for use on a future purchase at Human Scales.
The same return conditions apply to store credit. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all tags and original packaging.
Complaints and incorrect deliveries
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please register your complaint through our return portal.
In approved complaint cases, or if we have sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost and refund or replace the item.
